2. Deleting Your Data
Deleting Game Sessions
You can delete individual game sessions from your dashboard at any time. This permanently removes:
- The game session and all messages
- Associated world data and entities
- Character information
Deleting Your Account
To request complete account deletion, including all associated data, please email:
Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line and send from the email address associated with your account.
Upon account deletion, we will remove:
- Your account profile and authentication data
- All game sessions and associated content
- Credit balance and usage history
- Any stored preferences
Note: Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations, but will be anonymized.
3. Data Export
You can request an export of your data by emailing:
Include "Data Export Request" in the subject line. We will provide your data in a machine-readable format within 30 days.
4. Inactive Accounts
During the Early Access period:
- Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be flagged for review
- We will attempt to notify you before any data deletion
- Active subscriptions prevent account inactivity deletion
5. Backups
We maintain encrypted backups for disaster recovery. Deleted data may persist in backups for up to 30 days before being permanently removed.
6. Third-Party Data
Data processed by third parties follows their retention policies:
- Google Gemini: Prompts are processed in real-time and not stored by Google for model training (per our API agreement)
- Stripe: Payment data is retained per Stripe's policies and financial regulations
